The trip includes train fare from Maldon – Castlemaine – Muckelford -Castlemaine – Maldon with either an oil burning “J” class or coal burning “K” class Victorian broad gauge .

1st class carriage exclusive to our group.

Connecting train from Melbourne to Castlemaine leaves at 10:22 am.

Accommodation Options.

Maldon is a tourist area, so there are plenty of places to stay.

The Castlemaine Caravan Park https://www.castlemaine-accommodation.com.au/ has a number of cabins of various sizes.

http://booking.com  has a number of B & B and other options.

There may be some rooms left at the Maldon hotel if you want a cheap place to stay.

If you would like to bring friends or spread the word, we have the option of a second carriage.
